I have now received formal notice from my mortgagelender that they were forced to purchase flood insurance on my behalf due to not receiving the required proof of insurance. The attached email confirms this.
This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate correction.
I need written confirmation today that this has been resolved. If it is not, I will be requesting full reimbursement for the payment made on my behalf.
Please provide the exact steps you will be taking to resolve this without delay.

See attached. This is the only copy I have, I don’t know why it was unacceptable.
If they require special language on the certificate, it would need to come directly from our agent and you would need to forward the lender’s letter asking for the coverage language.
In any event, once evidence is produced that there was no lapse in coverage, your lender charges will be fully reversed.
