All cars must be removed from the full rear, and anyone in a garage that is planning on leaving must also be gone.

There will be numerous pieces of large equipment and they cannot move for everyone desiring to exit, and they don’t want to damage any cars.

Here is the tree removal and pruning estimate from Sandoval, about 3K less than the one from Skyview.
