Hi All,

There have been lot of queries about what to eat and what not to eat...
I guess.. Mon to Fri, more or less we are able to manage.. trouble starts from fri evening... sat evening.. then sun lunch and dinner too... if we are eating outside, then remember to eat less of bread/ carbs. If unavoidable and u r going for pizza, then restrict yourself to one slice/ portion. Drink more of water and not soft drink with it. Also, when you have a heavy meal, the next meal should be very very light. Soup is the best option because if you overeat, it takes more time to digest. And if you keep overeating, u will feel bloated... If possible, sun morning or evening, try boiled sweet potato. Only sweet potato and nothing else. 2-3 should fill ur stomach. It will give the required energy, and at the same time will ensure that weighing scale can smile :) Ohh yes, also focus on clearing your stomach with vegetables like ladies finger or spinach. Those who cant stay away from non-veg, try to avoid fried stuff and also avoid bread with non veg. Less of roti/ chapati/ rice Thats all from the weekend news Inline images 2Inline images 1:)

Regards,
Rahul

Thanks rahul!

Really needed that. Here in Goa I end up over eating all the time :( I'm gonna try the sweet potatoes 🍠

Also with ladies finger and spinach. How should I prepare them? Just boil it and some basic spicies? Spinach soup maybe?

Thanks!
