Hi All,

Sometimes I wonder... What is tomorrow? Why do we always put things on hold till tomorrow? Some work or task, new habit or anything usually is put on hold till tomorrow, at times till Monday, andif we want to buy more time then "from next month for sure :-) "

Though this happens for most cases, it is not true for all cases in our life. There are some activities which we prefer doing it immediately rather than put it on hold till next moment. Ever wondered why this happens?

The main word here is motivation :-)
There are some things we are motivated to do immediately, whereas if the motivation is low we always look for an excuse to postpone it.

Health related activities are one of those things which usually are postponed. Also the toughest part is, to restart it after a break.

It is important to see the brighter side of exercise and the long term health benefits. No one wants to spend life with Diabetes, BP, Depression, etc. But it is important to realize in the direction one is heading to...
Once these ailments make their presence felt, one requires higher amount of determination and zeal to keep life going on without being interrupted by these ailments. So why not show that will power and zeal now and allow your body to thank you for taking the steps before getting affected.

Exercise for some could be a huge task, for some a time challenge and for some stamina issues. Try and talk to your friends or trainer and find a way out. Afterall if there is a will, there is a way :-)

Make exercise a group activity so that one can be a passive participant in the group on days one is not at his/her best. On other days enjoy the activity and feel the adrenaline rush in your body which makes you lively and energetic throughout the day.

Let me know your thoughts :-)

Regards,
Rahul
