RTA brings Kick Boxing to Vashi

RTA combines elements of boxing, martial arts (Tae Kwon Do), aerobics and yoga to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors! It's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.

We understand that our clients are not training for a real kickboxing match. Most just want to have fun and get in shape. Our energized instructors will encourage and motivate you as they watch you push yourself toward a leaner and stronger body. RTA is geared towards the person who wants to get and stay in shape while learning effective Kickboxing skills. This is a Cardio Kickboxing class. A non-combat form of martial arts. Towards the end of the class we practise Breathing exercise and Meditation too!
