The Research Committee on Sociology of Law (RCSL) invites you to its upcoming webinar on Access to Justice & Mediation, which takes place on 11 March 2025, 12.00-12.45 p.m. (CET).

 

We will discuss current challenges in mediation and strategies to enhance mediation with the Chair of the RCSL Working Group ‘Civil Justice and Dispute Resolution’, Hideaki Irie (Kyushu University) and Luigi Cominelli (University of Milan), former Chair of the Working Group.
