Thank you very much for paying interest in our project. As our project is totally hosted and developed in Github, you can send pull request to us and if the commits are OK, we will merge. However, the main project URL is https://github.com/RT-Thread/realtouch-stm32f4 .

The RealTouch project is based on RT-Thread( https://code.google.com/p/rt-thread/ ), a RTOS. If you want to learn the RealTouch in deep, you may also have to have a look at RT-Thread.

Moreover, we have an English mailing-list: rt-thre...@googlegroups.com , which you can subscribe to it in the Google Groups page. We also have an English forum: http://www.rt-thread.org/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=18 . You can register to it with your Google account.
