Currently the Event object expects the event set to be a bitmask allowing for 32 different events with AND and OR operators.

A rather trivial change to the code would also allow for sending an event id as an integer allowing for 2^32 possible events. If neither flag (RT_EVENT_FLAG_AND or RT_EVENT_FLAG_OR) is specified then it could default to checking if the sets are equal.

This would only allow signalling/receiving single events at a time which is often all that's required, but the set could still be used as a bit mask if needed.

Hi Rob,
Could you show me your code? I don't know what's your meaning yet...

Hi Bernard,

You can ignore this post. I realised afterwards that the existing functionality can be used as I described. It must have been a late night. :)
