What's your board? I haven't the STM3240G-EVAL board. If you want to run the web server on the board, you should run the lwIP and ETH driver successfully on the board.  Another place, you can look up our old RealTouch STM32F407 git repo:

Moreover, we have a start kit board for new user. I just put a picture on my G+. It's a STM32F205RG MCU with Wi-Fi.

I didn't have a web server example. I think you can port the http server example from lwIP. Or, goahead is another choose.
