my task 3 is only takes up half of a page

I first showed how the financial condition of R&T U.S. is related to oil prices (through R&T Delaware) and the risks it possessed. Then use one paragraph each elaborating guarantee fund being a more passive approach (it is 'post-insolvency' and RBC being a more active approach.
