Just to confirm if I'm on the same page like you guys. 

The Assignment spells "Your task is to write a memo explaining ........................."

So I'm writing 1 memorandum with a brief introduction then 4 sections each representing the four tasks, might end it with a short conclusion section too. Is that what everyone is doing?

I don't think you need to include introduction and conclusion. The last paragraph in the first page says "However, formal structure (executive summary, introduction, etc.) is not necessary ".

I would do the normal Memo title and then jump right into analysis of each selected task.

Any other thoughts?

I just feel odd without a introduction .... anyway my introduction is just two lines saying the memo would be in response to your (Jerry's) questions/concerns in terms of tax and regulatory challenges. Decided to leave out the conclusion section. 

Anyway, I think I'm done - 2,400 words, 3 and a half page (Arial pt10 single spaced) ... think i'm quite long winded but since Jerry is someone "without experience in insurance accounting, regulation or taxation", I tried to explain most terms like YRT, put options etc. 

Will update you guys again when result is out, bye

i think your short intro is fine. i hadnt really thought about it tbh. 

on the 1st page, i was just going to make the heading like a memo, then write:

I am wondering how do you guys labelling the 4 sections, task 1, task 2 etc. or something else? It doesn't seem to be so appropriate to me to use task 1, task 2 etc. in a memo to an executive. Or maybe I am thinking too much...

Anyone have issue with opening the slides after opening the exercise? Mine is refrashing all the time... The exereice part access is good, but not the slides.
