Hi,

I would like to use the ###Page### command to add page numbers to my book. However, since I am merging the cover with the book, the page numbers are off. Is there some way to specify what number to start with? So in my case, the book page's should start with page 2 instead of 1.

Thanks,
Mike

Also, I noticed that the website is down (http://rst2pdf.ralsina.com.ar/) or did it get moved?

Thanks,
Mike

The site is down because I let that domain lapse (they started charging for it). I will set it up at rst2pdf.ralsina.me sooner or later.
