Hello, does anybody know how to write an rst document

in two columns page as in attached JPEG?

That's different from twoColumns pageTemplate

because the flow of the document is two columns

and proceeds in parallel.

I am not sure you know what I mean.

PS.: Is there any typographic term to call this kind of style?

I am not sure I can make it with a big table,

because I have other small tables inside.
