Displaced Kashmiri Pandits are now in 22nd year of displacement from their homeland. Having been reduced to being refugees in their own country, they have been failed by all successive governments in New Delhi as well as in Srinagar.
Indian state has failed to take into cognizance the geo-political aspirations of the displaced persons even after 21 years of high intensity struggle in exile.
‘Has the time come when the displaced Kashmiri Pandits should start looking for the options which go beyond the confines of Indian boundaries?’
Dr. Agnishekhar, Convener Panun Kashmir invites you to a session of invigorating discourse on the subject as per the following programme,
