Request: Rename output files

My download folder is full of files named "videoplayback-
sparams=id,expire,ip,ipbits,itag,algorithm,burst,factor_fexp=90.25_id=b84de21ffbd913f.flv"
and the like. It would be nice if the files would rename themselves to
the title of the YouTube video.
