Ignoring Feed Wait Times

Hello,
I have downoaded and installed rssdler and it works great. I wanted
to know if there was an option to ignore feed wait times? It is nice
that it does that but would be nice to disable it as well.

I won't be adding this feature so that rssdler is not implicated in abusing
servers/RSS feeds and getting itself banned. If the RSS wait time is not
sane, talk to the admin. Otherwise, it would be improper to disrespect that.
