I'm need to really look into this.  And there's a kit of most required components available?  Talk about lowering the barrier to entry.  I wonder if there's anything here that I can use to upgrade Alfie.  I like those hands.  :-)

The demo videos show them building on the foundation laid by the aloha project as well as lerobot.
