10:00 am Lloyd Update: Meet Lloyd 3.0
So much has changed since you met Lloyd last month! Like a hermit crab moving into a new shell, Lloyd has moved from openclaw, to hermes-agent, and now to claude agent sdk. We'll talk about recent changes to Anthropic api plans, and walk you through how Lloyd uses his own autonomy subsystem, subliminal knowledge retrieval, and skills to get real work done.

11:00 am Open Vocabulary Object Detection on Big Orange
Only recognizing 35 objects? That's so 2025. We'll walk through integrating NVIDIA's Nano Owl open-vocabulary object detector onto a Jetson Orin Nano, fused with ROI depth data from an OAK-D camera so Big Orange can find and navigate to objects you describe on the fly — no fixed class list needed. We'll cover the progress made, the challenges of streaming frames from the OAK-D, and how we're dealing with the latency.

12:30 pm: Announcements / Show-n-Tell / Open Session. It's a great opportunity to ask questions and get advice. Our members will bring in their projects and share what we've been up to. Are you working on something? Bring it in!

Alright! We have a great lineup for tomorrow and I can't wait to catch up with you and see what you've been up to.
And I think we have to start our talk tomorrow by touching on Anthropic's Mythos model, and Project Glasswing.
Imagine a new model so much more capable than Opus 4.6 that they're releasing it to companies in advance, so it can assist in finding and fixing bugs and vulnerabilities before a more general release...
