Summary of the baithak we had on Saturday 25 Jan :

[ Attended by Kasba( Rupesh ), Sambhaji( Shrish, Vishal ), Parvati( Jaydip ), Lashkar( Santosh ), Vidyapeeth( Sudhirji, Vikasji ) ]

* Voter registration initiative

It is now in progress, with the stalls being set up at various housing societies, college campuses and similar places. IT saptahik milans are actively involved in the relevant activities.

* IT nivasi varga

We decided that we will plan our next nivasi varga on 29-30 March. Venue and other details will be conveyed before nivasi varga.

Please convey to every gatnayak about the nivasi varga dates so that calendars can be blocked and everybody can attend the nivasi varga for full time.

* IT Vishesh Samparka

On Saturday 8 Feb, we are going to invite some senior IT professionals for an informal chat with sah sar karyavah Shri.Datatray Hosbale. For this karyakram, some volunteers are needed - who can work on keeping the senior IT professionals connected with sangh after 8 Feb. So please identify some karyakartas for this and please let me know.

* Get together of HSS karyakartas at Pune

We are planning a family get together of karyakartas who were involved in sangh activities outside Bharat, and are currently based at Pune. Ma.Saumitraji Gokhale( Vishwa vibhag samyojak ) and Ma.Chandatai Sathaye( Rashtra sevika samiti / Vishwa vibhag ) will be attending it.

In case if there are any such families in your bhag then please let me know and please invite them for the get together.

* Prabodhan Manch - Social media workshop

We will have a "Social media workshop" on Saturday 8 Feb from 7:30 am to 10 am at Motibag. This will be for every swayamsevak/family members who are active at Social media( including IT professionals, students, housewives, senior citizens and any other relevant karyakartas )

* Apart from the workshop mentioned above, we will have a baithak of key-karyakartas in social media with senior sangh adhikaris. It will be limited to a total of 5-10 karyakartas from across Pune. Apekshit are : Bhag IT pramukh, 1 or 2 karyakartas from every bhag. This is a bit urgent ; please send the name/s to me so that date-time-venue can be planned in coming week.

* On 15-16 Feb, we will have Prantik baithak at Nagar. Those who are part of bhag karyakarini will be apekshit for this baithak.

* We discussed about our efforts in increasing the "sakriyata" across every milan, including any measures that can be thought of during milan karyakarta niyulti this year.

* Join RSS requests

Santosh Kulkarni briefed about the current status of new references coming in from various sources, our experience of online repository and the improvements we need to do to use it more effectively. Overall, it is a good picture, with some improvements identified.

* Prachar - Initiative of subscribing sangh publications

Sudhir Singh briefed about the efforts going on for making sure that every swayamsevak in IT saptahik milan subscribes to at least one sangh publication( daily/weekly/monthly etc ). Sudhir Singh will also follow up for this topic after the baithak.

* IT students seminar by ITM @ Kasba bhag

Rupesh Yadav briefed about the IT students seminar conducted by ITM @ Kasba bhag. It was on 18 & 19 Jan. Seminar got a very good response where 215 students registered themselves and then attended the seminar. Rupesh described about the Objective of seminar, Efforts by ITM karyakartas for promoting seminar in around 20 colleges in Pune, Prakshikshan of karyakartas, Actual seminar details and Follow up plans.

* Sah prant pracharak Shri.Girishi ji Joshi attended this baithak. He concluded the baithak with his thoughts on a couple of topics discussed in baithak.
