Rspec beautiful html reports formatter

Hi, 

I found myself needing to show some rspec tests to some non technical people so I wrote this custom formatter to help make the rspec results look more inviting. Also a user of my cucumber-reports jenkins plugin also had requested it. I thought I would share it here in case anyone else finds it useful also.
