rpsmad sanesecurity tests failed

  I want to improove clamav detection by adding sanesecurity signatures. Configured freshclam, updated and all signatures loaded in clamav. Set clamd.conf to "ScanMail yes" and rspamd antivirus.conf to "attachments_only = false". After that restarted all containers and now I want to verify by taking sanesecurity tests from here. First test passing but the next two are failing. Can you tell me what am I doing wrong? Thank you.
