RSolr version 0.9.5

I just released RSolr and RSolr::Ext version 0.9.5.

I've added quite a bit to the docs for both projects as well as more
tests. There are some small API changes, but most of it is internal
organizational fluffy stuff.

Have a look and as always, I'd love some feedback if possible.
