rsolr 1.0.0.beta2 released

1.0 is brewing... there are lots of changes, most notably the option-
hash style method calls. Have a look at the docs:

gem install rsolr --pre

A few tests are needed before the final release, which will happen as
time permits... if you're interested in contributing to rsolr, please
