Is there a way to set "facet.limit" in rsolr-ext? otherwise the
default 100 seems to be the maximum number of facets that are returned

You should be able to send in the param as is.. like: {"facet.limit"
=> 10} etc.. Are you using rsolr-ext's #find method?
