question about Deflated Explicit VR Little Endian

Does DicomExportService support the transfer syntax:

1.2.840.10008.1.2.1.99 Deflated Explicit VR Little Endian?

I ran across an exam that would not export and I wondered if this were the reason. The logs included "DEBUG [DicomStorageSCU] ...unable to negotiate a transfer syntax for".

I'm not asking for a fix, but want to know in case I run across this again in the future.
