DicomFilter quarantining EVERYTHING, even if script is blank

I recently stumbled across the DICOMFilter processor, and have been trying to implement it for a study to discard any SECONDARY images.

The problem is that, no matter what is in the script file, CTP puts everything from that pipeline into quarantine.

Can anyone provide guidance on using this processor properly?
