Citing CTP

Hello all,

We'd like to provide a reference for the CTP in a technical note that we are writing,  since we use it in so many workflows. Can anyone suggest a paper we should cite in our references?

If you aren't satisfied with citing the Wiki pages [1] or conference papers [2], then AFAIK, Freymann [3] is the earliest paper that has a reasonably complete description of CTP used for de-identification.
