Update -- March 2010

The RSNA Reporting Forum mailing list has been quiet since the 2009
annual meeting, but there's been a lot of activity going on behind the
scenes. Here's a brief update:
- Several commercial firms have expressed interest in the templates
published by RSNA. One firm has translated them into a format for
their own reporting systems.
- A web-based template library is in development to allow users to
search for reporting templates by title and subject area.
- We are developing an XML schema for the XML-based templates.
- A poster on Structured Reporting will be presented at the European
Congress of Radiology (ECR 2010) as part of a special exhibit
highlighting the importance of Information and Communication
Technologies in radiology.
