Here's some of the latest news about radiology reporting:

- The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and the College of
American Pathologists (CAP) are helping the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services develop a policy paper on "Improving Cancer Policy
Research through Information Technology", which highlights the role of
structured reporting of radiology and pathology results.

- A proposal on Management of Radiology Report Templates has been
submitted to the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Radiology
domain for consideration as a 2010-2011 work item. (http://

- We continue to develop new reporting templates, which are slated for
release in November 2010.
