The RSNA's online library of radiology reporting templates -- at
http://www.radreport.org/ -- has been very successful to date. The
site features 110 English-language templates across a variety of
imaging modalities, organ systems, and subspecialties.
You can search for templates by specialty (e.g., "GI"), by RadLex
terms, or by template name.
The site also contains several templates that have been translated
into Chinese, Turkish, and Arabic. You can see the "Top 10" most
frequently viewed templates at http://www.radreport.org/metrics.php .
