The Salient features of the Tropical Weather Outlook based on 0300 UTC of today, of 27^th May, 2026, are discussed below:

The bulletin is repeated with modification w. r. t location of  cycir over  BoB and All other contents are the same.

BAY OF BENGAL:

Yesterday’s upper air cyclonic circulation over the Westcentral  Bay of Bengal & neighborhood lay over Eastcentral & Southeast  Bay of Bengal  between 3.1 & 7.6 km above mean sea level at 0300 UTC of today, the 27^th May 2026.

 

Scattered low and medium clouds with embedded intense to very intense convection lay over   the  Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea.

Yesterday’s upper air cyclonic circulation over the Southeast Arabian Sea & neighborhood between 3.1 & 7.6 km above mean sea level persisted at 0300 UTC of today, the 27^th May 2026.

 

Scattered low and medium clouds with embedded intense to very intense convection lay over the  central & south Arabian Sea and moderate to intense convection lay over Lakshadweep Islands, Maldives and Comorin area.
