Tawakkol Karman Foundation to host a scientific conference
on comprehensive development in Yemen
Tawakkol Karman Foundation is pleased to announce the organization of the Yemeni Researchers and Experts Conference in Istanbul from October 11 to 12, 2025, with the participation of a distinguished group of leading researchers, academics, and experts from inside Yemen and the diaspora.
The conference aims to examine Yemen’s major developmental challenges in the fields of health, education, national identity, environment, food, and the economy, and to put forward practical, evidence-based recommendations that can contribute to shaping informed development policies.
The event will feature seven main sessions covering the following themes:
Through this conference, Tawakkol Karman Foundation seeks to create an independent knowledge space that reduces polarization and elevates public discourse toward research-based frameworks, providing reliable reference material that benefits both decision-makers and those concerned with Yemeni affairs.
