hello everyone,
has anyone found any health professional that they would recommend for
the treatment of RSI?

Hi Rebecca,

Which city or suburb are you writing from/asking about? It's likely
that you'll need an ongoing relationship with any practitioner you
choose, so having them within easy reach is a big plus.

You could ask the RSI Association of the ACT-- the nearest thing to a
national RSI association that I've come across. They might have
information on what professionals have helped their members. They do
have an informative handbook based on feedback from their members
(they charge you for it.)

Among the modalities they identify as being most helpful, without side-
effects, are T'ai Chi and Alexander Technique. (Disclosure: I'm an
Alexander Technique teacher.)
