Hi,

It is difficult to tell what the problem is from just the images you sent. Are the values incorrect for reflectance or estimated AOT?

Can you post the command you used so we can try and figure out what the problem is.

Thanks,

Dan

Hi

Thank you Mr. Dan , Yes of course this is the code i have used, I have used a DEM of 30m resolution instead of 90!

arcsi.py --sensor ls8 \
    -i Inputs/LC82040242013139LGN01/LC82040242013139LGN01_MTL.txt \
    -o ./OutputsAOTInv \
    --tmpath ./tmp \
    -f KEA --stats \
--prodlist RAD DDVAOT DOSAOT DOSAOTSGL SREF \
    --aeroimg ../WorldAerosolParams.kea \
    --atmosimg ../WorldAtmosphereParams.kea \
    --dem ../UKSRTM_90m.kea \
    --minaot 0.05 \
    --maxaot 0.6 --simpledos

I think my problem is the minaot maxaot, I have used the default values, i don't know how can i estimate those values for my scene this are some information :
I have tried to change Minaot and maxaot, which changes my results but always my results have only 0.01***  variation between my highest & lowest results values.

Thank you very much for your help

Dear Soufiane,

I would suggest that for the moment you don’t use the DDVAOT DOSAOT options but just use DOSAOTSGL, it produces a much more robust result. DDVAOT DOSAOT can sometimes produce some artefacts and I am still looking into that and working out the best way forward.

Best wishes,

Pete
