supported sensors list

Hi all!

I have just installed arcsi (version 1.4.2) and all dependencies (OS ubuntu 16.04 64 bit) using conda. Everything seems to work fine but Sentinel 2 isn't present in the supported sensor list (arcsi.py --sensorlist).

Is it a dependencies problem?

Does arcsi work anyway with Sentinel images?

I'd like to use it for the atmospheric correction.

Attached you can find the response of  arcsi.py --sensorlist command.

Hi Roberta, 

Sentinel-2 is there, I just haven’t updated the function which produces that print out. 

If you run arcsi.py you will see an example for running a sentinel-2 granule. 

Example: arcsi.py -s sen2 -p RAD TOA DOS --stats -f KEA -o ./Outputs \

                  -i ./S2A_MSIL1C_20170105T112441_N0204_R037_T30UVD_20170105T112439.SAFE/MTD_MSIL1C.xml

Note, all the product options for Landsat are also available for sentinel-2 and they work in the same way. The cloud masking is the fmask algorithm.
