Dear Paulo,

The screenshot doesn’t give an hdf5 error message. From the screenshot it looks like you need to remove the ‘\’ from the command you are running (i.e. one just before ‘—atmospro Tropical’ and the other before -i). These are in the tutorial to indicate that the command continues through multiple lines. If you are running the command as a single line then you do not use these.

Best wishes,

Pete

Dear Paulo,

I am not sure from the screenshot. Can you check which packages you have installed? Run conda list and look for the hdf5 package and check it is installed from the osgeo channel. On my system hdf5 has the following line in the conda list

hdf5                      1.8.15.1                     14    osgeo

Best wishes,

Pete
