How to cite ARCSI on a paper?

I am currently writing a manuscript that involved atmospheric correction using ARCSI, and I am not sure how to cite it:

1) Is ARCI part of RSGLib, and should be cited as such, or is it its own thing? Is there a paper to cite then?

2) Is there a reference for the AOT inversion  method?
