Hi all,
I am getting an error on arcsi  for S2 "granule not found".  I batch ran about 30 images with no issues. Now I added two more S2 scenes, using the same script,  and I get:
'Error - couldn't find granule directory'

I checked the path is correct, and the granules are in the same place as the others, nothing changed.  I also tried running the command in the S2 directory directly (the .SAFE folder), where the .xml is located, I get the same error.

arcsi.py -s sen2 -f KEA --stats -p DOSAOTSGL STDSREF -o ./Outputs --interp near -k meta.json stedsref.kea --tmpath /Volumes/ENSURE/Sentinel2/raw/new/tmp --dem /Volumes/ENSURE/elevation/Mosaic/Tibet_Himal_AW3D30.kea -i MTD_MSIL1C.xml

I am attaching the batch scripts  as well,  and the directory structure - when running the batch script it creates 4 lines instead of 2, with an extra "." before the MTL fine. Again, I am using the same batch script as before which had worked fine..
has anybody encountered this?

thanks

problem solved.
it was due to ._  files that were created in each subdirectory, from using the files on Mac and on a drive. They were only visible in Windows but it was preventing arcsi from running..
