Hi all

A few weeks ago i managed to convert my KEA surface reflectance file to an ENVI file, but have no idea where to code has gone?

Does anyone know what webpage it is on?

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy,

The command you want is gdal_translate, the following command will convert any format supported by GDAL (e.g., KEA) to ENVI format.

gdal_translate -of ENVI input.kea output.env

Best wishes,

Pete

Thanks Pete, do you know how well it works with landsat 2 data, ive just converted some to SREF and the blue band has incredibly high values all over the image. Ive tried changing a few parameters but in every image the blue band has high values?

Hi Andy,

It should work pretty well, what is the command you are running to get SREF values? If you execute a DOS what do you get out?

Can you sent me a screenshot of the spectral curves you are getting out?

Best wishes,

Pete

Hi Pete

the command is: arcsi.py -s ls2 -f KEA --stats -p RAD SREF --aeropro Maritime --atmospro MidlatitudeSummer --aot 0.25  -o ./OutputImages -i LM21200821976180GMD07_MTL.txt\

And the output looks like this:
Inline image 2

Also, ive just tried running the same command on Landsat 8 data and get an issue ive previously encountered, below is the error and the command i used:

I am running fortran and have checked 6s is working correctly, any ideas?

AOT Value: 0.25
Converting to Surface Reflectance
Error: 'coef_xa'

Processing took 0h 2.0m -6.85s. Thank you for using ARCSI.
andy@andy-VirtualBox:/media/sf_Shared$ arcsi.py -s ls8 -f KEA --stats -p RAD SREF --aeropro Maritime --atmospro MidlatitudeSummer --aot 0.25  -o ./OutputImages -i LC81130822013142LGN01_MTL.txt

Hi Andy,

The image was so small I can’t see any of the numbers on the plot etc. Could you send a high resolution version?

With the 6S error have you tested py6s as Robin suggested before? Did that work OK? The error is being produced by py6s because 6S isn’t setup correctly somewhere along the lines.

Cheers, Pete
