Hello,

On TUIVIEW, when opening a non-georeferenced image, the origin is located in the upper left corner.
If we move vertically in the image, the y coordinate is negative.
Is it possible to inverse the y-axis to have a y  positive coordinate ?
I have a GML file that I want to overlay and currently, it is not possible with this negative notation.

Thanks for your help.
Olivier

Hi Oliver,

Short answer is no. A lot of TuiView is designed around georefrenced data. We added the ability to read non-georefernced images so we could use as an alternative to ENVI for displaying unmapped hyperspectral data. Setting the y coordinate as negative displays data the same as ENVI.

If you needed the y coordinate to be positive you could edit the viewerlayers.py file in the code to set the y coordinate to be positive, I’m not sure if this would cause other problems though.

Thanks,

Dan
