Hi Pete,

I have ARCSI installed as per you recent instructions and have come across a problem that I previously had. The SREF values are very high (in the order of 1000s - higher than the usual scaling factor). Last time I encountered this, you suggested it was a problem to do with 6S version 2.1 that wasn't working properly on the Mac so I need to go back to version 1.1.1. You gave me the instructions:

conda uninstall sixs
conda install -c osgeo sixs=1.1.1
conda install -c osgeo py6s
conda install -c osgeo arcsi

Could this be the problem again?

Thanks, Nathan

Hi Nathan,

Those instructions will no longer work as the osgeo channel has been removed.

I’ve just checked and the version installed with Pete’s latest instructions is 2.1 (you can check with conda list | grep ‘sixs’).

Pete, is 2.1 of 6S OK to use on OS X now?

Thanks,

Dan

Thanks Dan,

I guessed that the instructions Pete gave me previously would no longer work. I tried looking for version 1.1.1 on conda-forge but there is only 2.1. Ill wait for a response from Pete on the best way forward.

Thanks, Nathan
