I just wanted to share with you some knowledge, may come in handy:
I am running arcsi (v0.8a) DOSAOT atmospheric correction command on Ubuntu 14.04. I have installed rsgisib (v2.3.943) through miniconda.
After a few minutes the correction process was terminated with the error message:
Predicting AOD for Segment 4172
Testing AOD Val: 0.05
b'/home/ktp/miniconda3/bin/sixs: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory\n'
Error: 6S returned an error (shown above) - check for invalid parameter inputs
So I ran the command
sudo apt-get install libgfortran3
And now it works! :-)
