Tuiview, segmentation fault: 11

Hi guys, has anybody come across a 'Segmentation fault:11' error message? This is what I receive when I try to launch Tuiview on my Mac. A bit of Googling seem to suggest this might be a memory error but I am not sure that this is the issue in this instance!

Any thoughts? An error in the installation perhaps?

I have updated tuiview (as well as rsgislib) to see if this might fix the problem but no luck so far.

Hi Andy,

There a number of problems which could cause it to segfault. I suspect it is a problem linking to one of the libraries.

Which version of Python are you using? You can try removing tuiview, clearing the cache and reinstalling with rsgislib as well (as this should force the correct version of GDAL).

conda remove rsgislib tuiview
conda clean —tar —packages
conda install -c https://conda.anaconda.org/osgeo rsgislib tuiview

and see if this fixes it.
