I wrote a command arcsisolarirradiance.py which uses the E-490 Solar Spectrum to calculate ESUN values for a given spectral response curve. The ESUN values for LS8 are calculated with that command. The spectral response curves I used are within the ARCSI code as they are passed to 6S, see the arcsisensorlandsat8.py file.
I did this so I could use my existing code for producing TOA but at some point I should updated it so that ARCSI applies the USGS’s gains and offsets to DN data as values are probably very slightly different from those provided by the USGS gains and offsets.
