Hi Pete,
I am processing Sentinel2 level 1C images using ARCSI to generate the STDSREF products but after running the following command I am getting an error and the STDSREF products were not generated. I am using ARCSI version 4.0.3

When I was using the same commands for another study area with the same dataset source, it was working fine.

Command:
arcsi.py -s sen2 -p STDSREF TOPOSHADOW FOOTPRINT METADATA DOSAOTSGL -i "/media/sf_H_DRIVE/Khumbu_Sentinel/Inputs_RVL/S2A_MSIL1C_20161010T044712_N0204_R076_T45RVL_20161010T045542.SAFE/MTD_MSIL1C.xml" --outpath "/media/sf_H_DRIVE/Khumbu_Sentinel/Output_RVL_2" --stats --format KEA --tmpath "/media/sf_H_DRIVE/Khumbu_Sentinel/tmp" --dem "/media/sf_H_DRIVE/RVL_DEM_proj.kea" --demnodata -32768 --interp cubic --interpresamp near

Error: please see the attached screenshot.

Can you please help me to understand the issue and possible solution?

Thank you.

Hi,

I’ve had a look at this and I think it is probably is a bug in ARCSI where is can't round up an elevation over 8500 m due to a hard coded threshold. I think I’ve fixed this bug and I am currently building 4.04 on conda-forge so in a couple of hours or so if you try updating you arcsi version (check you have updated to 4.04) I hope that it will work for this image.

Many thanks,

Pete
