Hi,

I am currently testing ARCSI v4.0.0. However, it fails to complete a run when cloud method is set to FMASK, producing the error shown attached. This seems to relate to Python-Fmask config values for Reflectance Offsets which are now required to be set following the upgrade to Processing Baseline 4 .00 for Sentinel-2. Please see attached.

Thanks in advance,

Pauline Burke

Hi Pauline,

I’ll have to check that out. I thought it had worked for me. Maybe something has changed in python-fmask that I need to use in arcsi when I call python-fmask.

I am away this week so it maybe a week or two before I have chance to look this this properly.

Many thanks,

Pete

Hi Pete,

Just wondering if you had a chance to look into this Fmask issue?

Thanks,

Pauline
