Pull request to fix 'split granule' processing in ARCSI 4

Hi Pete, 

Our testing of ARCSI 4 found that split granules were still not being processed correctly. Cathy has made a change which seems to have fixed the issue based on tests by JNCC and CGI.

If this is acceptable, please could you merge it and release an updated docker image?  

We would be very grateful if you have time to look at this in the next few days, as we are relying on this for a few projects that need to be completed by year end.
