Hi Amy,

We really need more information to be able to help out.

Are you running the standard arcsi.py command or are you doing something different which calls rsgislib.imagecalibration.apply6SCoeffSingleParam? If you are running arcsi.py can you provide the command you are running. Also can you provide more details about the problem with the SREF image, the screenshot looks odd but this could just be the choice of bands and stretch used. What are the values like? If you look at a spectra are the results OK in some bands but not others?

If you are trying to add a custom sensor as mentioned in a previous email could you provide the code you are using and more details about the sensor you wish to add.

Thanks,

Dan

Hello all,
I have a new problem again.
There are some problems when I am doing atmospheric correction.
RAD and TOA product images are fine, but SREF image are weird(as the SREF image.png picture shows).
I think the problem is in rsgislib.imagecalibration.apply6SCoeffSingleParam(inputRadImage, outputImage, outFormat, rsgislib.TYPE_16UINT,scaleFactor, 0, False, imgBandCoeffs)
Because the image generated in this step is not normal.
But the input parameters inputRadImage, outputImage, outFormat, rsgislib.TYPE_16UINT, scaleFactor, 0, False, imgBandCoeffs are all correct.
So I feel very strange when this happens.
Can someone tell me how to solve it?
Thanks in advance!
Amy.
