Hi Chris,
Surprised rsgislib installed OK with just than command as it will need packages from conda-forge and the osgeo channel is old and has been removed.
I would suggest you install with the following command:
conda install –c conda-forge rsgislib
We now have rsgislib available via conda-forge (as a stable release) and my au-eoed channel for development versions.
To check whether your conda python installation is your default just run python and in the first line if should say something like: "Python 3.5.3 | packaged by conda-forge” or make reference to conda / anaconda.
