Hi guys,
Not sure what went wrong(!) but I cannot launch tuiview or run arcsi commands on my Mac. Attempting to do so calls the error:

Library not loaded: @rpath/libhdf5.10.dylib

  Referenced from: /Users/Andy/miniconda3/lib//libarmadillo.6.dylib

Reason: Incompatible library version: libarmadillo.6.dylib requires version 12.0.0 or later, but libhdf5.10.dylib provides version 11.0.0

I have tried removing and cleaning my installation and then reinstalling by forcing to use python 3.4 (I read that this has fixed some other issues) but this hasn't helped. I checked the .bashrc file and all seems to be present and correct. Any suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Andy

Thanks for the reply Pete – sorry to both you with this.

Running conda list shows that I have hdf5 installed with the version noted in your email.

Cheers,
A

So the solution was

conda update -c osgeo hdf5=1.8.15.1
conda update -c osgeo armadillo
